Taoyuan Airport is the largest airport in Taiwan and the 11th busiest airport in the world. Taoyuan Terminal 3 is part of a general trend of airport expansion to meet the rapid growth in passenger volume and economic activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
Samsung C&T is selected as the first general contractor, and Rsea Engineering is the second one. To meet the demands of the contractor’s work schedule, Nghia Luc Company subcontractor, which is jointly authorized by Sam Sung C&T to recruit skilled forces and engineers, such as steel fixers, carpenters, masons, stone tilers, welders, scaffolders, and electricians, Therefore, Nghia Luc Company and Contractor Sam Sung C&T have referred to Vietnam Manpower, which is a leading supplier of construction labor in Vietnam. Our group has provided a lot of construction workers for some major contractors around the world with big housing projects in the Middle East, Arabia, Europe, and Asia. With nearly 20 years in the labor supply industry, we have provided nearly 10,000 workers in construction, the Public Buildings Service, and some of the country’s key projects.

After the negotiation process with subcontractor Nghia Luc Company, main contractor Sam Sung C&T, and Vietnam Manpower, which is a construction labor supplier from Vietnam, we negotiated the salary for employees, conditions of food, accommodation, insurance, and travel according to the law of the labor-receiving country, Taiwan.
After negotiating and being agreed upon by both parties, we have planned and recruited Vietnamese laborers from February to October 2022, with 500 to 1000 construction workers to work for the Terminal 3 project at Dayuan District, Taoyuan, Taipei, Taiwan.
