- Jobs that involve exposure to radioactive substances, toxic substances or dangerous working environments that do not ensure safe working conditions according to international standards.
3. Occupations with elements of social evils:
- Jobs related to prostitution, drugs, and human trafficking.
- Jobs that are prohibited under international conventions that Vietnam has signed or acceded to.
4. Occupations that violate Vietnamese ethics and customs:
- Jobs that go against the fine customs and moral values of Vietnamese society.
5. Jobs related to workers under 18 years old:
- According to legal regulations, workers under 18 years of age are not allowed to work abroad.
6. Jobs that can affect workers’ ethics and health:
- Includes jobs in the entertainment industry such as dancers, bar hostesses, karaoke, and massage therapists.
7. Jobs that foreign countries do not accept Vietnamese workers:
- Depending on each country’s regulations, there may be occupations in which that country does not accept Vietnamese workers.
Occupations that do not match the list of occupations allowed for recruitment announced by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam.
In addition to prohibited occupations, sending workers to work abroad must also comply with specific conditions of labor contracts, protecting rights and ensuring safety for workers. Businesses operating in this field need an operating license and must strictly comply with regulations on management, training and worker protection.
