After studying the market carefully, via the recommendation of Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the Germany partner paid an official visit to our VXT Manpower’s head quarter for table business discussion as well as carrying out the survey at our company.

At the table business meeting, 2 companies presented an introduction about their side’s business, to show each side’s company, field of business operation, business size, financial reports, company’s achievement….etc.
As regards the main topic of the meeting: Manpower Supply to Germany, our Germany partner showed their demand of manpower recruitment in all fields like civil construction, engineering, hospitality and health care industry ..etc. The total number of workers needed could be up to one thousand in 2021 due to the remarkable shortage of manpower in Germany. VXT Manpower also showed our prestige in manpower supply field to Europe countries especially Romania. We have supplied successfully thousands of workers to Romania in all fields. We’re proud to be one of the best manpower supply enterprises pioneering in bringing Vietnamese workers to EU countries.

They also paid visit to our language Training Center and canteen where all students and workers are served daily healthy dishes. The company’s canteen is really clean, modern and well- equipped with hygienic cooking facilities. The canteen’s staff always try to choose the most hygienic, nutritious and freshest materials so that we could make the best and diversified dishes for our beloved students.

Our esteemed Germany partners felt very happy and satisfied after visiting and working with VXT Manpower ( VXT GROUP) team. It’s promising that there will be smooth business cooperation between two sides in the future. Despite that fact that there the current biggest problem for Germany market is visa procedure due to B1 Germany language level is required. However, VXT Group was determined to be the pioneering enterprise in Viet Nam to enter Germany market.
