Vietnam Manpower organized the First Recruitment Campaign to recruit 200 construction workers for Bog’Art Company in Bucharest, Romania ( Romanian Construction Corporation)
In May, 2018, Vietnam Manpower successfully carried out a campaign to recruit 200 workers for Romanian company named Bog’Art Company.
A trade test was held with the participation of nearly 400 Vietnamese workers coming from local provinces all around Viet Nam in 7 positions including mason, tiler, plasterer, steel fixer, shuttering carpenter, welder, foreman as well as team leader.
All the candidates were present at the VXT Training Center so early to prepare for the trade test. After being explained clearly about the working condition in Bog’Art Company as well as the employee’s salary along with other benefits, they all felt excited to take the trade test. The Bog’Art Romania Company’s representatives were warmly welcomed by such a long queue of nearly 400 workers with Romanian and Vietnamese flag waving in their hands.

Bog’Art is an integrated building company based in Bucharest and is one of the largest general contractors in Romania. The company is a family business established in 1991 and has become a market leader in civil construction. They are one of the most massive companies operating in civil construction field in Romania.
The Bog’Art’ representatives started the recruitment campaign by interviewing the Foreman and Team Leader position firstly. The company required 4 foreman and 10 team leader positions to take care and control 200 workers recruited. Besides the deep knowledge of the vocational skill like mechanical and construction drawing as required, the foreman and team leader must have good command of English and the ability to control & manage workers in working and after working time. Foreman and team leader will play the role of connecting the employers and the workers, receive the job requirements from the employers then transmit it to workers, assigned tasks to them and guide them how to implement and make it accomplished.

After finished choosing the qualified candidates for Foreman and Team Leader position, the employers moved to the next part: Skilled construction workers. Due to the high demand of worker’s quantity, Vietnam Manpower arranged that the test would be carried out group by group to save time. Group of 10 masons or shuttering carpenters were tested at one time, observed by many representatives. The employers will evaluate the candidates’ capability by judging their working speed, manner and completeness to choose out the best ones for their company.

After 2 days working hard to give interview and evaluate 400 candidates, nearly 200 workers were selected to be official employees of Bog’Art Romania Company. All the workers felt very happy and excited about the test result and said that they were eager to come to Romania immediately. Bog’Art Romania Company’s representative also expressed their deep sense of gratitude toward Vietnam Manpower’s professionalism. They hoped that Vietnam Manpower could accomplish all the worker’s emigration formalities as soon as possible.
